Get my quoteWhere we work
Tarrytown to Georgetown.
A route, not a radius.
Most pool companies quote anywhere inside an hour’s drive and send whoever is free that day. We run a fixed route instead, and we say where it goes. That is what buys the rest of it: the same technician on your pool all season, a return visit the same week when a pump fails, and someone who already knows what the ground under your street does to a shell — limestone west of the escarpment, clay east of it.

What we do
Three kinds of work
Care
The weekly work. Same day, same technician, pool and spa together.
- Weekly pool cleaning and maintenance Same day each week. Water balanced, surfaces cleaned, equipment checked.
- Pool water testing and chemical balancing Chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium and stabilizer — tested and corrected every visit.
- Pool filter cleaning Cartridge, DE and sand — cleaned on pressure rather than on a calendar.
- Spa and hot tub service Attached spas and standalone tubs. Different chemistry, different schedule.
Equipment
Pumps, filtration, heaters, automation. Diagnosed before anything is quoted.
Restoration
Water that has gotten away — brought back on a sequence, not a guess.
Every visit, without exception
The weekly protocol
-
Test before anything goes in
Chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium and stabilizer. Dosing without testing is guessing, and in Austin the number that catches people out is calcium.
-
Clean the whole pool
Skim, brush the walls, steps and waterline, vacuum the floor, empty both baskets. The waterline is where neglect shows first.
-
Read the equipment
Filter pressure against its clean baseline, pump sound, heater, cleaner, automation. Most failures announce themselves weeks before they happen.
-
Write down what we found
What was done, what was added, what to watch. If something needs replacing you hear it from us before it breaks, not after.
What customers say
Rated by the people whose pools we keep.
The same technician, every week, and a note after every visit.
Tell us the pool and the neighborhood and you get a real number, not a range. A person answers the phone.
